Roselle Hibiscus Extract Liquid Concentrate
Roselle Hibiscus Extract Liquid Concentrate is extracted using a green biotechnology process. It has intense colour and flavour and can be used as a colorant in many cuisines including bakery because the colour is stable even at high temperature. This extract contains natural vitamins and minerals such as calcium and potassium that quenches thirst and revitalises the body. The drink reportedly possesses anti-hypertensive, diuretic and mild laxative properties.
Roselle Hibiscus Juice
Measure 2 teaspoon of Roselle Hibiscus and add into 1.5 litres of water. Add 0.5 to 1 cups sugar – according to taste (you can substitte with honey or rock sugar).
Roselle Konnyaku Jelly
Put the konnyaku jelly powder and sugar in a bowl. Mix till well combined. Set aside. In a pot, mix in water, and measuring 2 tablespoon of roselle hibiscus liquid. Bring to boil. Slowly add in mixture of sugar konnyaku jelly powder mixture. Whisk as you add until all konnyaku jelly powder dissolve. Spoon the konnyaku batter into the mold. Leave to cool for about 10-15 minutes. Keep inside fridge for an hour or until set. Enjoy!
