Local Delivery Charges
We deliver our products using the Singapore Postal Services for local deliveries.
Do take note that every product has a different postage charges. Delivery charges for local deliveries range from SGD1 to SGD10 or more per parcel depending on size, weight and packaging of each parcel. You can save on delivery charges when you combine your products in a pre-packed parcel per purchase.
Do call us at our hotline numbers: +65-6842-8110 or +65-6842-8161 should require clarification on your delivery charges. You may indicate special request to combine your products in a pre-packed parcel at the Notes segment at the Check Out.
International Delivery Charges
We do accept orders from other countries. The international delivery postages will apply according to the postages charged by the selected courier services. We will assist to explore cheaper postages, where possible. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing any orders.
You may do a self-collection at our centre for your purchases made online and subsequently make a Cash-On-Delivery payment, which is only available at our centre. There will be no extra charges. However, do ensure that you bring an exact Cash Terms and take note of our opening hours at Contact Us.
If you wish to walk-in to make your purchases at our centre, do call us before dropping by to ensure that there are stocks available for the products that you wish to purchase.
Delivery of your purchases will be made the following day upon receipt of the Confirmation of your purchases. Refer to Completing the Purchase.
Movement of the products can be tracked according to the Order Numbers given to you via your email when you made an online purchase.
You will receive your products within 2 – 4 Working Days after shipping [Exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays] for local purchases.
For postage using Singpost SmartPac registered mail, you may be required to retrieve the parcel at the designated post office should there be no one to receive the parcel at home or the letter box is not able to accomodate the parcel.
